2014 Village Calendar Mix Up
The 2014 Village Calendar has been distributed through the Postal Service to every Village residence and business.
We have received reports from a few residents that their calendars were not assembled properly – specifically May/June and Sept/October months. Please look at your calendar to ensure that it is in proper order. If it is not, please call 201/670-5500 x204 to obtain a replacement. We are sorry for any inconvenience.2014 Village Calendar
The Council is all mixes up why not the calendar.
Doesn’t she work in the library?
Assembly is done by the printer.
Time to get a new printer. And, I’ll bet we paid their bill in full despite the screw up. That would not have happened in the private sector.
“Assembly is done by the printer.” but you think someone from the village would proof it before they pay and mail it out.
Ridgewood Press has gotten all the town business over the years. They are terrible. They lie about when something will be ready, etc. Should not be our go-to printer despite their convenient name.
Not all were messed up. I am sure that those who are totally confused by the misassembly will be able to pick up a new one.
I disagree with your post. I have used them for years and never had a problem.
I’m sure a few of the posters who want to hang the printer were part of the 2008 economic collapse caused by the private financial sector. Maybe a gov’t bailout is in order so the printer can upgrade their QC dept.
My calendar does not look like the one above so can i have a new one?
just seeing if your paying attention
Hey if they want to stick May right after January, who am I to argue? Too got-damn cold around here right now. I welcome the progressive thinking.
No. She works for Ridgewood Water. A very nice young woman. I dated her a few years ago.
A-non-e-mouse here, vouching for the fact that this problem was not with the entire print run. I got one of the screwed-up calendar while my sibling who lives on the other side of Ridgewood got one that was perfect (except that it also did not have the impressive full-color picture of the beautiful Ridgewood Water employee).
Now there’s a great idea – let’s make the theme of 2015’s Village of Ridgewood Calendar “Maroon Hotties.” Alternate months between east side and west side hotties. Hold a contest to determine the 12 hotties to be featured. Mayor & Village Council could judge the contest. Must be over 35 to enter.
The Mayor and Council can’t get things right as it is . Now you want them to judge a “Maroon Hotties.” contest. Please. If they do I hope it would male and female.
