Consumer fireworks sales are skyrocketing, and most Americans enjoy the fun of shooting their own fireworks.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 56% of American Adults think shooting off their own fireworks is a fun way to celebrate the Fourth of July. Thirty-five percent (35%) disagree, saying fireworks are dangerous and should be left to professionals. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
