5 Mask Mistakes People Make
from Hackensack Meridian Health
Hackensack NJ, We can anticipate that face masks will continue to be a part of our everyday life as COVID-19 lingers in our communities. Every public place, from a doctor’s office, to the supermarket, to an outdoor dining experience, will require you to wear a mask to prevent the spread of virus.
COVID-19 can be spread through respiratory droplets when an infected person speaks, sings, coughs or sneezes. Once released, the respiratory droplets can travel thought the air about 6 feet and infect someone. Everyone can help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing a mask the right way.
But, many people out there simply don’t have a ton of experience wearing a mask and may be wearing them incorrectly. To help, we’ve put together an easy guide on how to wear a mask correctly.
Just as important as knowing how to wear a mask correctly, everyone should understand some of the common mistakes to avoid. Here are five common mask mistakes we’re seeing:
1. Nose Out
2. Mask Around Chin
3. Ripped, Dirty or Damaged Mask
4. Exposed Chin
5. Not Wearing A Mask

The more time you spend wearing a mask the higher your odds of wearing a mask incorrectly. People who are spending hours a day with a masks on marking all these mistakes many times and only doing themselves harm. Were a mask if you are in close proximity to someone who is actively sick. Any thing beyond this is idiocy.
People on Palisade Ave Englewood NJ Noches De Colombia don’t wear mask to many people at one time something needs to be done about that situation immediately irresponsible behavior!!!

Mask it or casket? Death rate less than 1%. Nearly 50% deaths in nursing homes, meaning people with less than 2 years to live. Are you even taking vitamin C, D, Zinc which can actually lower your risk of suffering from a virus? Do me a favor, go read “To Build a Fire” by Jack London then ask your self why you are clinging to a placebo for the threat of a virus that has virtually no chance to kill you. The mask economy will kill more people indirectly over the long term, than the virus will. It is folly to think you can prevent a virus of this nature from spreading.

For the millionth time. THE MASK DOES NOT PROTECT THE WEARER. IT PROTECTS OTHERS FROM THE WEARER.
