>911 – Day of Remembrance and Reflection
Today, the tenth anniversary of the 911 attack on America, Americans and American values is a time of remembrance and reflection.
No matter where you were on September 11, 2001, you have vivid memories and will choose how you feel most appropriate to honor the victims of the attack. So many innocents were taken, families ripped apart and lives changed forever by the face of terrorism.
We owe a deep debt of gratitude to first responders and heros all during and after the attack. There were many that entered the buildings to help others and saved many lives doing so ……but sacrificed their own.
We came together then as Americans regardless of race, religion, gender, culture or class to help one another and provide each other with comfort and compassion and we will come together again today to remember. This solidarity must never fade from our daily lives.
May God Bless America!!
