Englewood NJ,  Englewood Hospital has visitor restrictions in effect due to coronavirus .

According to the hospital , “As you may have heard, there are now confirmed cases of community-spread coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Bergen County. Earlier this afternoon, the governor’s office released a statement confirming the first case of COVID-19 in the Englewood community.
Please be assured that we are prepared to handle any suspected or confirmed case, and we have made preparations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 at Englewood Health and its practices. Our interdisciplinary team is meeting frequently, and we are working in collaboration with local and state health authorities.
Visitor restrictions are in effect at Englewood Hospital. Anyone who is sick is prohibited from visiting. We continue to follow age restrictions due to the flu. Security is enforcing these restrictions at entry points to the hospital. We are also working to minimize the number of visitors.
The safety of our patients, visitors, and team members is our highest priority. Thank you for your support and ongoing commitment to helping us ensure access to high-quality care.”
