Leave Your Mark on History: Eagle Scout’s Project to Revitalize Midland Park Borough Hall

Midland Park NJ, a young resident of Midland Park, New Jersey, is embarking on an ambitious project to revitalize a key historical area in the borough, and he’s inviting the community to be a part of it. Owen Thimme, a Life Scout with Midland Park Boy Scout Troop 157, has announced his plan to create a new sitting area and monument outside Borough Hall as his Eagle Scout project.
The project will replace the existing monument with a beautifully refurbished space that honors the borough’s historical elements. To help fund the effort, Owen is selling commemorative, engraved pavers that will become a permanent part of the new monument for generations to come.
How You Can Support the Project
For just a small donation, you can leave a lasting legacy in Midland Park. Each brick is 4×8 inches and can be customized with up to three lines of personalized text, with a maximum of 20 characters per line. This is a perfect way to recognize your family, honor a loved one, or create a lasting memorial.
The donated bricks will be a central feature of the new monument, making them a tangible piece of the borough’s history.
