RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Downtown Ridgewood is turning into an interactive treasure hunt this summer! The Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce has announced the return of Ridgewood Sale Days, featuring a town-wide “Where’s Waldo?” Scavenger Hunt running from Thursday, August 6 through Saturday, August 8.
Whether you’re looking to score fantastic shopping deals at local boutiques or entertain the kids with family activities, downtown Ridgewood is the place to be.
How the “Where’s Waldo?” Scavenger Hunt Works
Participating in the scavenger hunt is simple and fun for all ages:

Pick Up Your Official Map: Head over to Bookends (located at 211 E. Ridgewood Avenue) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to grab your passport and map.

Explore 18 Local Businesses: Stroll through downtown Ridgewood and search for everyone’s favorite striped traveler hidden inside 18 participating local stores.

Track Your Finds: Spot Waldo inside each shop to get your card stamped or marked as you complete the circuit.
