Get ready for big fur Lowe’s coming to the village, because they cannot just keep on bonding everything. Remember about 15 years ago on the village needed 700,000, and they were talking about one week of furlough for the employees. So what the hell you think is going to happen now, look at the amount that of money that they need. Sooner or later this shit is gonna hit them right the fan, probably when they all leaves when you have a new mayor, council, and guess what whoever they hired they would be leaving to because they came to the village just as a steppingstone. It’s all political. What do you think? They’re gonna stay here 25 years, these individuals have jobs lined up already ready to ship. They’re not gonna go down with the ship. You know what’s gonna happen properly they’re gonna borrow so much money to pay for all the spending in the past three years and not to mention lawsuits, guess who’s gonna wind up paying the tax resident in their bill. They’re gonna flip out.
And yes, you’re gonna see a few people put thumbs down on this remark, but think about people. I would be telling the employees don’t spend any money, pay your bills, don’t buy a car because when that shit hits the fan this time be prepared.
Three years later, taxpayers should have asked some serious questions about his hiring.
Now ask yourself: has this hire been worth what taxpayers are paying?

The jailed consultant had an active warrant when he visited Ridgewood and presented to the Council. The wanted criminal was later arrested by another municipality. Had Keith Kazmark checked what the residents reported…he wouldn’t have put residents in harms way.

The fugitive that Keith Kazmark hired was paid upwards of 30k for doing absolutely nothing.
He’s been the worse Manager of all time. All he’s done is increase debt and provide jobs (at Ridgewood Taxpayer’s expense) to all his Passaic County buddies. Look at the recent Building Dept. Director.
Buckle up! This guy just ordered a Village Wide Tax Assessment. He needs more money and taxpayers will be hit hard to fund his special interest projects.
The problem is that most people who move here are transients and don’t give a shit. They move here for the kids education and bail out back to NYC when the last offspring graduates RHS or soon thereafter. Its cheaper to pay the taxes than send multiple kids to private school. If our real estate taxes were based upon the purchase price of a home, the inflated assessments and taxes would be paid for by those using the schools who really don’t care about the town
Let’s not forget, Vagianos demoted Heather who was the Village Manager and when Vagianos brought his pal Keith in they had to pay Heather 2 salaries for Village Manager and clerk so that cost us a bundle. On top of that, krith was tasked with bringing all of Vagianos’ vanity projects to fruition, especially the giant artificial turf field on the historic property for the sports teams who voted Vagianos, Weitz and Winograd in. Keith has worked tirelessly on this project and has employed many resources and a crazy amount of tax dollars to move this forward. Keith has spent tax dollars like a drunken sailor during fleet week, without batting an eye. Now we’ve got the performing arts center which will also cost residents, no money from Valley which he factored into the budget and possible infrastructure enhancements which may be required to support and oversized assisted living facility coming to North Maple. Keith isn’t the great manager he is taking credit for. He has increased staffing to support just getting things done and residents should be very concerned about the state of affairs as once assessed, they may be hit with many new tax charges. Not sure when these vanity projects will end but since this council changed the ordinances for landlords downtown, Ridgewood may soon look like downtown Montclair. Winograd (welcome to expensive) and Weitz (Ridgewood’s Bond King) are both up for re-election and will hopefully be voted out which would bring a great first step to improving village life.

It’s amazing how many employees have been hired in a few departments that had no experience whatsoever. How are we putting individuals in positions that have no credentials, no experience, no license, no test taking training, no test score, what the hell is going on. This is a civil service town. We blame the clerks office for all the bullshit that’s been going on in the past 30 years. Playing with the paperwork, looking the other way, enough is enough. Stop hiring people, friends relatives, oldest nepotism is gonna come around and smack you right in the face. Some of these individuals just barely go through school. This has to stop because this is not healthy.

There are ways that Ridgewood can conserve resources. Vagianos’ whims fully supported by Kazmark, are what has caused 95% of the things that are going to ruin this village. He owns numerous buildings in the central business district and when he should be recusing himself on matters where he has a personal and financial stake, which is like he is self dealing, he does not because he knows that Perron, Weitz, Winograd and Mortimer will always vote favorable and together like a secret society promoting his special interest projects and he has given Kaxmark the autonomy to make this all happen.

Saw his congratulatory post to himself. Not much positive feedback back KK. Seems Ridgewood is NOT working and he is not well liked. Maybe time to start getting a different crew in from the TOP down and do not vote back the losers to council. Clean house and let’s actually make Ridgewood work and Ridgewood safe and Ridgewood affordable.
He stayed here just long enough to pad his pension which will now give him a 250k base when he retires and leave us in financial shambles.
