Ridgewood NJ, with the new parking rules for the CBD right around the corner , and threats of a new reinvigorated police parking enforcement regime going into effect on Friday August 24,the Ridgewood blog
for the first time found the “Employee parking” full in the Walnut street lot .
These spaces require a CBD Employee Parking Permit and are located in both the Walnut Street parking lot and the Cottage Place parking lot, and are delineated by signage. CBD Employee Parking Permits and monthly hang tags for CBD Employee parking may be purchased at the Reception Desk in Village Hall or daily parking may be paid for through Parkmobile or in Cottage Place, at the parking kiosks.
A shame this wasn’t tried before spending 12,000,000.
Agree completely with above comment.
The whole garage development estimated buildout pricing was a con job ,let’s put that fact out into the sunlight for all to see the cost overruns & excuses and year over year operating losses. Will be a crime and drug dealing center as cold weather rainy season comes in dark winters..Town can’t maintain a surface lot..look at cottage and walnut..won’t do any better up at Garazilla..Steel Aum prices have soared due tariffs and that contract has built in escalator costs pass throughs.wait until those prefabricated Ramps and Concrete covered oversized Beams close down the roads during weekly oversized and flagger trucks which have to accompany heavy High wide low heavy trailer deliveries into center of town work site.
