Ramsey NJ,  For elementary and middle school kids, there is only one thing that can beat the fun and excitement of a new video game – a video game that they dream up and build themselves!

Now, just in time for Computer Science Education Week (Dec. 7-13), Bergen County kids aged 5 – 14 can do just that along with hundreds of their tech-savvy peers, thanks to the newest CODE NINJAS® learning center at 171 Lake Street, Ramsey.

At CODE NINJAS, kids learn to code and have a blast at the same time by building their own video games in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment. With the help of “code sensei’s” (older student mentors), young ninjas explore coding and robotics at their own pace. Along the way, they gain valuable problem-solving, critical thinking, and STEM skills.

Families are invited to celebrate the grand opening of CODE NINJAS in Ramsey at an open house on Saturday, December 12 from 12 noon to 4p.m.Come for a tour, see a demonstration, and meet the ninja coding masters. Those who enroll will receive a special open house discount.

The CODE NINJAS program focuses on promoting“literacy for the 21stcentury” to a generation that will be required to understand our tech-driven world. It is the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids coding franchise, with hundreds of locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
