Bramnick: Putin ‘horrified’ that Menendez banned him from Hudson County
NEWARK – Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) got in a dig on Hudson County tonight at Brendan Byrne’s birthday bash.
Russian leader Vladimir Putin banned Senate foreign Relations Committee Chairman U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) from Russia, Bramnick said.
Menendez retaliated by banning Putin from Hudson County.
“Putin was horrified because that’s where he learned how to run elections,” Bramnick cracked.
The minority leader later ragged on other high table dignitaries.
“McGreevy’s thinking ‘My scandal wasn’t that bad,’” Bramnick said. “Kean’s thinking, ‘I didn’t have a scandal, and I am still the most popular governor in New Jersey.’” (Pizarro/Politicker)

Putin, now there’s a leader, unlike our current Apologist In Chief.
#1, you disgust me. You let your hatred of Obama come between your loyalty and your country. Putin is nothing short of a villainous thug, yet you and your ilk on the right fawn all over him simply because he creates trouble for Obama. Newsflash, bucko: trouble for Obama means trouble for every freedom loving red blooded American. Your adulation for a foreign dictator, regardless of motive, is nothing short of treason, and I hope you find the error of your ways before you wind up in one of the interment camps Obama is building in the North Dakota badlands.
#2 – you’re an idiot – “Freedom loving red blooded American” you still believe that CRAP!!! Your are not free and for that matter, no American is free – your freedom was taken from you a long time ago – but you keep living in dreamland….go on!!! Putin is not a dictator and neither is he a villainous thug – you need to read up on international political affairs…..get educated old man.
#3, I posted both #1 and #2.
I think you might want to refresh a couple things: 1) your eye for satire 2) your political awareness. I’m not going to go into a long diatribe about the cleptocracy and corruption in Russia, but I have friends who work in Moscow (and anyone can read the news) and have a good idea what it’s like over there.
And while I have no delusions about my “freedom” in our current era of militarized police and NSA monitoring, I’m still grateful for what due process we are afforded as Americans.
