NJ GOP State Committeeman Joshua Sotomayor Einstein Issues Statement on Recent Controversy

Sotomayor Einstein

Joshua Sotomayor-Einstein

Hudson County NJ, I accept full responsibility for my actions a decade ago, when I was in my 20’s and long before I was elected to NJ GOP State Committee, which have recently been the subject of regional media attention. As I often have with other female friends, sometime between 2 and 3 years ago, I told a now former female friend a cautionary tale regarding men using my own immature and stupid legal past behavior as an example. That this former friend may have political reasons to now take objection to a text story that she sat on for years is not relevant to the regret I have for my poor choices and the fact that in the past I was careless with other people’s feelings. Nor does the fact that for at least a year after the story in question, which did not involve her but which she calls part of her “survivor story” and in which I described my actions at the time as “horrible” and “horrid,” she continued to text, call, and try and make plans with me, change the fact that I am deeply sorry for the previous way I treated other human beings.

It is my hope that by this coming to light we can all heed the words of the golden rule – “do not do unto others as you would have them not do unto you” – and treat all people with the respect every human being deserves.

Hudson County Republican Chair Targets Non Complaint Party Members For Retribution

external content.duckduckgo 43

Joshua Sotomayor-Einstein

The latest attacks by Jose Arango, titular Chair of the Hudson County Republican Party, and his political retainers targeting me is demonstrable evidence of why it is imperative political bad actors, like him, are driven from the GOP. Instead of growing the party and supporting Republican candidates, Arango and his minion’s attack those, such as myself, who do. He does this to preserve his de facto job working for the county Democrats.
