Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Village Manager Keith Kazmark called out a foreign born, minority homeowner by name during Wednesday night’s Village Council meeting. He defended his public release of the projected tax increase on the individual’s private home with this comment: “[Resident’s name] was one of the most vocal people in this case in the last few days.”
