Cliffside Park NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of LEVON DAYERMENJIAN (DOB: 03/01/1964; divorced; jeweler) of Cliffside Park, NJ, on a charge of possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
On Thursday, September 7, 2023, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of LEVON DAYERMENJIAN during an investigation related to child sexual abuse material. The investigation revealed that DAYERMENJIAN used the Internet to view, download, and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children.
As a result of the investigation, LEVON DAYERMENJIAN was arrested on Thursday, September 7, 2023, in Paramus, NJ and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4b(5)(b)(iii). DAYERMENJIAN was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutor Musella thanks the Cliffside Park Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
