Ms. Spinuzzi was selected due to her exceptional leadership, strong work ethic and collaborative style. Her nomination noted that her friendly and flexible nature allows her to quickly adapt to the requests of others to make all parties comfortable with enhanced processes.

Ms. Spinuzzi joined Columbia Bank in 2017, as a member of the Bank’s Associate Development Program where she had the opportunity to rotate through various areas of the Bank before being placed in the Fraud Department. Since her placement, Marissa has been appointed an Officer of the Bank and is responsible for the oversight and management of Fraud activities.
Ms. Spinuzzi graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
She is an active member of the New Jersey Security Association and a recent graduate of the Leading on the Cutting Edge program, facilitated by New Jersey Bankers. Additionally, she volunteers her time as a Teen Leader for New Hope Community Ministries. This program is designed to help teens in the metro-Paterson area acclimate to the new stage of life. Marissa currently resides in Oakland, New Jersey.
