Cultural Revolution in America?

I had this moment several months ago and you will have it soon, if you haven’t already. I woke up suddenly from a deep sleep saying to myself, “Oh my God, this is a cultural revolution!”

Throughout most of 2020 the state has been working in concert with large corporations to take away basic rights. This could technically be called Fascism or Corporatism. But the fuel of this fire, unmistakably, is Marxism.

What makes a cultural revolution distinct is the group of people it targets and scapegoats. The National Socialist of Germany targeted men and women of Jewish heritage along with Romanians and other ethnic minorities. Cultural revolutionaries in homogeneous Russia, China and Russia targeted the rich and educated.

Cultural revolutionaries in America logically scapegoat whites, especially white men, calling them the “privileged.” The average white person in America is more likely to be a descendent of abolitionists than of slave owners. But this is not a movement seeking truth or peace or reconciliation or justice. It is only after power and wealth.

The true leaders and beneficiaries, in fact, are mostly white men. They work behind the scenes, using many non-whites as figureheads. The rest of us are left to decide: resist the propaganda and put ourselves and families in danger or go along with it and try to make ourselves believe them, in order to be safe, at least in the short term.

Something that makes this revolution different from others is that there is no sovereign standing principally against it. There is no more “shining city on a hill.” All the nations of the West are on the same course.

The closest thing to an opponent, ironically, is Russia. This may be why the mostly white, most Christian nation has been such a target in the last five years. The land of the former Soviet Union may soon be a freer than America.

But that leaves hope–hope that this cultural revolution will be short lived. The pendulum swings.

  1. Stampul is correct…the subversives are succeeding in pulling everyone down.

  2. Cultural bifurcation more like. Pop media talking heads and “educators” talkin to each other on corporate-funded platforms while the rest of the population ignore them. I’ve lived in the Soviet Union and that’s essentially how the country fared. Official BS while everyone thinks the opposite way. Eventually it just becomes too expensive to maintain and system collapses. Hopefully in USA we won’t have to wait for 70 years. Sell your Twatter / FB / Alphabet stocks to do your part in expediting the outcome. They got no growth left anyway. Ad market is a scam anyway.

  3. Had this moment several months ago…????

You’d have to be Rumplestiltskin to have been that long on the uptake.

Someone must have throw a paving brick through the windshield of his Tesla during what he though was a fashion show for grubby backpacks and riot helmets.

  5. You never give up freedom of speech. The new young crowd have no idea what our grandparents report for. You never give up your rights. Just like the voting for the school budgets. What’s wrong with people how stupid can you be. You know what you’re hurting your children by doing things like that. Who the hell is going to be able to live in this state another 10 years

  6. Fascism and communism are two sides of the same coin–collectivism.  A pendulum swing for a nation founded on the principle of freedom would be toward freedom.

  7. At @ProjectLincoln we are constructing a database of Trump officials & staff that will detail their roles in the Trump administration & track where they are now. No personal info, only professional. But they will be held accountable & not allowed to pretend they were not involved.

The Nazis did this pre-WWI, they put a yellow star on your clothes.

  8. They may be two sides of the same coin, but if you think that this country isn’t closer to fascism than communism after this week’s events — and the subsequent rationalization of it by the right wing/GOP — well you will long for the days when twitter/Apple/Facebook merely acted as the private enterprises they are (even if they were the ones who facilitated the rise of fascism to begin with).

  9. Rumplestiltskin?! Did you know that Trump would win on election night but not be inaugurated?  Did you know that the response to Covid would cost more lives than Covid?  Did you call the bottom in gold? Did you envision a celebrity real estate developer becoming president to fire government workers and then being impeached as the economy collapses?  I did and every prediction is on the record.

  10. I love how the true Fascists (the Socialist left) calls the GOP Fascist.

That IS the definition of Fascist.

  11. I hope all you 6-figure salary liberals have really thought through what exactly it is that you have supported? You are in for the mother of all buyers remorse.

  12. Under the plantation system of the old south, the whites were dominated by doing everything in the guise of suppressing the blacks. Under the present leftist system, minorities are dominated by doing everything in the guise of suppressing the whites.
