
Ridgewood NJ, Maura McMahon DeNicola has announced on Facebook that she will be seeking the vacant seat created by the departure of Assemblyman Scott Rumana in NJ District 40.
DeNicola stated, “Well Friends, after serious consideration and support, I’m in! I am seeking election to the Vacant Seat created by the departure of Assemblyman Scott Rumana in NJ District 40. I very much look forward to connecting with all of the dedicated D40 County Committee members before the November 22nd vacancy vote.”

This is the best choice for Assembly seat. She isn’t aligned with any of the so called party heads. And she most likely lost the Freeholder race because of all the Clinton money infused into the Bergen county race. The democrats had buses and paid campaigners to bring union workers around southern bergen county. Intimidating union families to vote for the democrats. Now why isn’t anyone talking about that?
The Republican losses incurred in the County Election in 2016 can be directly attributed to Bob Yudin. Unfortunately very good candidates were left behind in his wake. I’m supporting Maura’s candidacy and will vote for her.
