PSE&G plans to resume installation of its new, larger utility poles in Ridgewood, ending a one-month moratorium

The utility initially planned to resume installation on Friday, but told village officials on Thursday afternoon that work would not begin this week, according to Ridgewood Mayor Paul Aronsohn.

Whether or not village officials will take a legal stand remains to be seen, but members of the governing body vocally defended residents’ concerns, which were not alleviated by the company’s testimony at this week’s packed meeting on Wednesday

  1. Village officials should not involve the Village in a legal fight with PSE&G on this one…. it’s a losing battle.

We have many other problems to deal with.

  2. What happens now ?????????????
