Seaside Heights NJ, get ready to take the plunge for a great cause! The 32nd Annual Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside Heights, presented by the Law Enforcement Torch Run®, is set to make waves once again, raising funds for Special Olympics New Jersey.

This highly anticipated event will bring together nearly 8,000 brave participants, who will dive into the icy waters of the Atlantic Ocean in support of thousands of Special Olympics athletes across New Jersey. As the largest single-day fundraiser for Special Olympics NJ, the event promises excitement, camaraderie, and an unforgettable experience!

📍 Location: Main Beach, between Webster & Dupont Avenues, Seaside Heights
📅 Date: Saturday, February 24, 2024
🕘 Registration Opens: 9:00 AM
🌊 Plunge Time: 1:00 PM

👉 Registration is still open! Walk-up participants are welcome, but early arrival is encouraged due to heavy traffic.
💰 Walk-up registration fee: $125
👀 Spectators are welcome! Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Plus, Wawa, the official coffee partner of the event, will be onsite with a mobile truck offering FREE coffee and hot chocolate to keep plungers and spectators warm!
