Ridgewood NJ, This study was approved as consent agenda in Feb 2012 and was finished by April 2014.

Why did BOE then and now not report or discuss the findings at a public meeting? Why wait until January 2020 to do so, and not even put the issue on the recent meeting agenda? (The holiday schedule was an agenda item…)

The circled areas on the field exhibited BaP levels beyond the recreational standard (the relaxed standard for which the school applied for and got rejected). Just glancing at the reported average figures doesn’t capture the whole picture.

  1. the answer is simple.. they didn’t want to spend the money…

  2. Someone’s going to be in very big trouble. If someone knew about this and did nothing immediately they should be excused from their position. You put children at risk, you are done.
    See ya in court.

  3. Who new of this .???????

  4. Typical village shit that goes on each and every day. It’s just amazing. It’s not just in the Board of Education it’s an all the departments that shit like this goes on and I try to sweep it under the carpet. This is not 1965 it’s 2020 people or wising up.
