Bogota NJ, Today candidate Paul A Duggan launched the first phase  ,of full contract with the citizens of New Jerseys 5th congressional District.

The contract ranges from proposals for an immediate pre tax10% reduction on payroll taxes to help the working poor, and a phased reduction, working to total elimination on federal taxes on Social Security to help our senior citizens.

Other economic proposals include, the formation of special class of Family owned business corporation with a proposed 10 year tax write offs, for qualifying families.

Plus a $ 15k tax credit for families with disabled children.

Special tax considerations would be given to 100% owned American companies who sourced 100 % of their raw products in the USA.

In the area of public transportation where Federal funds are used ie AMTRAK etc

Senior citizens would be able to travel at no cost.

A full contract,   outlining details on issues ranging from domestic to foreign policy are listed on the website www.votepaulduggan.com

NJ citizens   are tired, of the vague, wishy washy generalities that have been promised in past election cycles   they want details. They are absolutely   disgusted that those they elected, are consumed by the endless show trials and coup d’états against a sitting president while their issues are being ignored.

  1. Is this the same Paul Duggan that has never won a single race; EVER!??! The same Paul Duggan that tries to sound intelligent, only to argue with anyone who brings up something contrary to his view? The same Paul Duggan with multiple profiles on Facebook, so he has someone to talk to? Please go away Paul. No one cares about your promises or your phony contracts…..

  2. Walter… I guess Lonegan is unavailable

  3. Great proposal Paul. Now we need congressional Republicans to follow your lead. Next up should be reducing the size of the federal government by 25 percent.

  4. Ken… judging by expenditures vs revenue, if the candidate can help end subsidies to red states you may get your wish. After all NJ alone is shortchanged by $20+ billion annually and guess where that money goes?

  5. Pesmith,
it’s the national budget that needs to be reduced. Federalism will bring money back to NJ rather than sending it to Washington and hoping it get redistributed back to NJ. Maybe if NJ sent a Republican senator to Washington more than once every 50 years we would have representation to bring money to NJ. Our representatives are a disgrace and it’s time to send Paul Duggan to Congress to represent NJ5.

  6. Paul has never won a race or a primary at any level, and in every county where he ran over these past decades. The reasons are blatantly obvious. Paul is an arrogant hack who has never been able to work with those around him. Those facts are irrefutable. It is also well-known that he keeps multiple Facebook profiles that he uses to attack people. If Paul is so personally toxic, that he can’t even find consensus with local constituents, and so dishonest that he has to keep multiple profiles to battle those who challenge him, then how in God’s name would you expect him to represent the interest of the 5th District. This man needs to be avoided at all costs
