Ridgewood NJ, for the first time since the 1960’s ,West Saddle River Road will be milled and paved on Monday, August 19th, pending weather conditions. As a result, West Saddle River Road will be CLOSED from Route 17 to Racetrack Road on Monday from 7:00 am to approximately 5:00 pm.
The Village apologizes for the late notice to residents. The paving contractor informed us this morning that they had an opening in their schedule, and we immediately secured it to ensure that West Saddle River Road is paved before the start of the school year.

How is this an election update?
because they are probably only doing it because Vagianos is up for re-election, that is why. Residents on the east side have been told that the road would not be paved until the Schedler park plan was approved. Now all of a sudden they are going to pave. You do the math. Still won’t make me vote for him or Mortimer, but it is about time that road gets paved.
And that just secured my vote. Scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours, after all.
