Glen Rock NJ, after Elyssia Yung graduated from college, she decided to restart her business Elyssia’s Kitchen. She has now moved to Glen Rock from Montclair.
She reopened about one month ago and word is slowly spreading through the county. Elyssia’s Kitchen mainly focuses on dumplings but we also have a wide range of appetizers, fried rices, and noodles. We are located on 175 Rock Road Glen Rock, NJ (next to the train station).

As the year progresses, we plan to open up 2 other concepts under the same roof. Cloud Cake will serve Japanese souffle pancakes in a BYO style or from a selection of our sweet and savory creations. Cafe Pikunikku is a coffee shop that will also serve Korean-inspired sandos and pastries.
