Tenafly NJ, A fatal crash occurred on Tuesday in Tenafly on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, resulting in the death of a 61-year-old man from Spring Valley, New York, as reported by the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department.
The victim, identified as Aron Unger, was driving a red 2022 Kia Sportage southbound when he veered off the roadway, colliding with a tree in the center median.
Responding at approximately 1:45 p.m., Palisades Interstate Parkway Police discovered Unger with life-threatening injuries. He was subsequently transported to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Detective Bureau is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
