Ridgewood NJ, The celebration of Festivus begins with Airing of Grievances, a local favorite . Airing of Grievances takes place immediately after the Festivus dinner has been served. It consists of lashing out at others and the world about how one has been disappointed in the past year. Every household has its own traditions; in one house, the Airing of Grievances consisted of writing the grievances on the fridge with post it notes . The Ridgewood blog will publish “Grievances ” for the entire day of December 23rd.
A celebratory dinner staring around 5:30 pm is held on the evening of Festivus prior to the Feats of Strength and during the Airing of Grievances. The meal is to be some sort of meatloaf.

This is a very important grievance regarding individuals that are sick. Please if you’re not feeling well go to the doctor stay home and get better don’t go to work or school and make everyone else sick.
To our new mayor and council, where the taxpayers would like to see a list of village employees that are receiving payment stipends. We asked for this before and it was never broadcasted. Again it was swept under the carpet in Villa trawl. What are they hiding. We want to know who is receiving them. Why are they receiving the stipend, and how much are they receiving. This has been going on for a few years and our old administration has been hiding this from us the taxpayers. Stop playing games we want this information.
Pick a good, capable village manager. it is the most important role for the well maintaining of this town. Not holding my breath thought as most likely they will pick some woke activist with virtue signaling mindset.
The next village manager needs to come from out of town. No promotions within. There’s way too much favoritism among a few.

Is that the new form of the village reduce management let others do the job and give them a stipend. Ridiculous that’s all going to backfire. That system of management doesn’t work. Well that’s going to do is burn out individuals. Especially ones that are not Good health and shape healthy.
Talk about being in shape, can you imagine if they went across the bored to every department how many individuals would fail the fit for duty. Who’s overweight, who has bad knees, bad hearts, bad backs, mental issues, and so on . Especially management boy o’ boy are they putting on weight. 🫣

Hey to the mayor council & manager. Why do we have a village s u v Vehicle in the DPW with Absolutely (no) markings on the vehicle. Why is this. Is that vehicle being used as undercover in the police department. We the taxpayers would like to know.
Yes all of village department’s of public works vehicles Need to be marked. There’s no excuse for this. The only vehicles in the village that shouldn’t be marked is on the under cover for the police department.
It would be nice if my cheep Forman buys us some coffee or hot chocolate or maybe a nice tea. We work overtime in storms, and and get zip . The old Forman all ways took care of us. Just amazing.
