At least Glen Rock streets are swept clean, and leaf pickups were done right. Drive around, you can see the difference from Glen Rock to Ridgewood.
Ridgewood streets are visibly dirty, leaf pickup was a mess, disaster, never blew off public grass strip to curbs. Leaves continued to blow around. Streets dirty to curbs.
Services in Ridgewood have gone down hill. Ridgewood streets are dirty to curb. Hire more workers. Start sweeping the streets already!
They only care about parks and fields and don’t maintain them. Services come 2nd to sports.

Who the hell is running the Dpw now talk about unorganized what the hell happened. The past four years or so we have noticed lacking organization and quality of service. We must have new departments heads running things. What is going on is totally ridiculous. Where the hell are the sweepers, streets are filthy. There’s definitely a lack in experience. How is the mayor and council and manager sitting back on this. someone must be feeding the village manager mayor and council some real nonsense or any end. They really just don’t care you go into towns like Hohokus, Glenrock, Midland bar, their towns are lot cleaner than ours. It’s not about hiring more people it’s about experience. Or the department that handles this just don’t give a hoot. The man council that I wake up immediately.
None other than Chris Rutishauser is not only the Village Engineer but also the head of the DPW.
Well you know, no leader, leadership, you cannot have employee standing around from 7 to 7:45 AM every morning waiting for their orders what to do for the day. Why is that, well the foreman walks in at 7:45 or so to give out orders, so about time they leave the street department it’s 8 AM or so, totally unacceptable. We’re paying all these employees to stand around. maybe it’s time for some doge in town, can you imagine that what a bunch of puppets?

The Village manager should have every employee across the workforce go for fitness duty test. Can you imagine how many with fail . and not to mention mentally test that’s an another story
The mayor and council and Village manager need to address the stipend situation throughout the village with employees. Again, we properly ask over and over and they’re hiding something from all the taxpayers. We just asking who’s receiving a stipend, why are they receiving a stipend, how much are they receiving for that stipend, and are those individual certified to receive that stipend. Why is this so hard to complete. We’ve been requesting this for a few years now and they keep on sweeping it under the carpet. What are they hiding. Obviously the hiding something. What dirty business going on. stop playing games with the taxpayers money. We see what’s going on. You go up to the council meeting and and they give you three minutes to talk they don’t wanna hear it. the taxpayers are demanding this line item to be released to the taxpayers of the villager Ridgewood. And what is the latest regarding removing the contaminated soil at the west saddle river road park.
