Waldwick NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ROBERT L. FLYNN (DOB: 9/10/1953; married; small business owner) of 61 Waldwick Avenue, Waldwick, New Jersey, on the charges of Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography. At one time Flynn was a bouncer at Espositos in Ridgewood . The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti.
During the course of an Internet child pornography investigation, it was determined that ROBERT L. FLYNN was using the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 1,600 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, and shared approximately 150 such files online. The investigation revealed that ROBERT L. FLYNN used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 1,600 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, and shared approximately 150 such files online.
ROBERT L. FLYNN was arrested on September 9, 2019 and charged with one count of Possession Of Child Pornography in an amount greater than 1,000 files, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4(B)5(B)ii, a 2nd degree crime, and Distribution Of Child Pornography in an amount greater than 25 files, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4(B)5(A)iii, also a 2nd degree crime. ROBERT L. FLYNN was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutor Musella thanks the Waldwick Police Department for its assistance.

Yes maybe he is stuck in the 70’s and the power bad ass thing but I never once heard one bad thing come out of him. I thought he was a pretty decent guy as much as I thought I knew him. Shame. And now he has to answer for his actions.
Very very disappointing that he would be part of this type of heinous crime. He was always a nice man. Big lesson: sometimes you can’t trust your gut. (Although, I think he was a little creepy at times, but that’s just how so many guys are.
So sad that he has anything to do with a crime as heinous as this. He always seemed to be a nice man back when he was a bouncer. I’m starting to not even trust my own instincts anymore.
