The former treasurer of a Mahwah parent group stands accused of stealing cash meant to fund local student activities and spending it on herself. The complaint alleges Stumbo cut herself a $1,500 check and took the group’s debit card to gas stations, pharmacies and Starbucks.

  1. These types always think they can get away with it………………..

  2. Stumbo must be a dumbo!

  3. Part of the problem is making it too tempting and easy. No individual should have independent access to funds for a group.
