Ridgewood NJ, the Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, October 14, to address the revitalization of a garden center situated at 560 Route 17. Currently incapable of serving its purpose as a nursery, the property requires construction for restoration, as determined by its owner, Stockton Bergen LLC. Additionally, the board will assess modifications made to a previously approved plan at 450 Summit Street. The meeting is set to occur at the Village Hall Court Room at 7:30 p.m.

  1. We herd the soil is an issue. Is that true.? I’m surprise the village doesn’t purchase it

    1. don’t follow the heard 🙂

  2. Posted on Nov. 14 for a meeting scheduled for Oct. 14?

  3. At least they’re not going to rehabilitate the property by building a high rise apartment building. Kudos to them unlike what Paramus is trying to do to its garden centers.

    1. Apartment building at this location would be better for Ridgewood and adjacent neighbors. Better protection and added tax roll.

  4. Won’t that encroach on Shedler? Ask the runt, errr, ahh, I mean the Mayor.
