You know that’s a shame, because if it’s local kids doing this, they have no idea that their parents are paying out of their taxes for restrooms to use. They don’t realize how nice it is to have a place to go to the bathroom. I remember back in a late 70s early 80s. They were always locked no toilet paper, no soap, no hot water, nothing because kids with vandalize them so they said OK. This is how you wanna act. This is what you’re gonna get. No respect.
