Glen Rock NJ, on Wednesday the 29th of June at 5:20 PM , a Glen Rock parent reported that their 11-year-old son was approached by the occupant of a black landscaping truck which had stopped next to the boy as he was walking along Highland Road about one hour prior to the report. The boy reportedly ran off and was not followed. He could not provide a further description.
Glen Rock Sgt. Mike Trover canvassed the area and was unable to locate any witnesses, however, a resident did provide him with video surveillance footage of a landscaping truck passing through the area at the approximate time of the incident. The matter is currently being reviewed by the Detective Bureau.
