Glen Rock NJ, on October 27 at 10:24 AM a Glen Rock resident of Elizabeth Street reported observing a naked man pacing on the sidewalk in front of their home. The subject was described as a younger adult male, possibly of Asian descent. The subject drove off in a black Honda with New York plates, however, the complainant was able to take a photo of the license plate.
The vehicle in question was registered to a 63-year-old female out of Glen Cove, NY. Glen Rock officers contacted the Glen Cove Police Department and are working to identify who may have been operating the vehicle.
Anyone who may have witnessed the subject in the area, including any other acts he may have been involved with, is asked to contact the Glen Rock Police Department at (201) 652-3800.
