Ridgewood NJ, according to Assemblyman Kevin J. Rooney, Governor Murphy stated there would be a re-opening plan during his press conference today, unfortunately there was no “real plan.” New Jersey residents and business are completely frustrated by the Governors lack of an opening plan. His “Road Back“ is a “Road Block”, my office receives hundreds of emails and calls from constituents regarding a definitive re-opening plan with definitive benchmarks. Today the Governors executive order remains in effect indefinitely.
If Walmart, Target and Home Depot can all be open, why can’t small businesses?
Why can’t we implement guidelines for small businesses? They are prepared!
I have spoken to dozens of business owners who have purchased masks, thermometers, built protective areas for employees and their customers. The constituents of New Jersey had enough and want to get back to work. The road map Governor Murphy addressed today is to absolutely nowhere. Governor Murphy needs to give the residents and business owners a real plan to recovery and he needs to do it now!
