Ridgewood NJ, Based upon what happened last year (reduced Graydon pool hours because of the inability to recruit sufficient lifeguards), I think they should start the recruitment process in earnest now.
Graydon Pool in Ridgewood is looking for 2023 Seasonal Summer Staff.
Thanks James. Let’s not have another summer where we don’t have lifeguards because somebody at parks and rec forgot to put the ad out.
Nancy was asleep at the switch last summer. Let’s hope she doesn’t sleep through it again.
When they reduced the hours last year, did they correspondingly reduce the salaries of the managers? I bet the answer to that is no they didn’t. What a shame. Taxpayers get screwed again.

Check your math….they advertised and had a job fair in the winter last year. Our daughter attended. It’s a different workforce these days. If you don’t understand that you are living in a bubble.
A supposed job fair this past winter, but applications won’t be available until February? Yeah, that’s a boneheaded move!
