Hackensack NJ, Hackensack Police Department announced the arrest of Everett Cline of Hackensack, on several narcotics related charges as a result of a search warrant execution.

An investigation was launched by Detective Raneli into suspected narcotics distribution at an apartment complex on Union Street near the Middle School. The investigation subsequently led to the execution of a Superior Court authorized search warrant. Everett Cline was located within his apartment and taken into custody without incident. Search yielded approximately 1330 wax folds of suspected heroin, approximately 440 vials of suspected crack cocaine, over one ounce of suspected methamphetamine, over 6 ounces of suspected marijuana, approximately 27 unknown type pills, packaging, and scales. It is believed that the street value of the seized contraband is over $13.000.
Cline was criminally charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute / 2C:35-5b(2), possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute / 2C:35-5b(2), possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute / 2C:35-5b(9)(a), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute / 2C:35-5B(11)(b), possession of a PLD with intent to distribute / 2C:35-10.5a(3), 5 counts of possession of intent to distribute CDS within 1000 feet of Hackensack Middle School / 2C:35-7, and possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute / 2C:36-3. These charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Cline was processed and transported to the Bergen County Jail on a warrant.
“The location of this drug distribution location situated in such close proximity to one of our schools further heightened our public safety concerns. To that end, I continue to be impressed with the efforts of our detectives who expend considerable amount of time and effort investigating such crimes before their very impact can reach our children,” said Police Director Ray Guidetti.

  1. a simple internet seach indicates this perp is a repeat offender with prior arrests in the garden spot of paterson doing the same… unless there is another person by the same name and age….

  2. Typical consequences of lenient courts.
He should have been in jail not on the street
If the state won’t prosecute, maybe the feds can , in which case he would be off the street, no early release, no parole. do your 85%

  3. Make him eat the stuff.
