Hasbrouck Heights NJ, around noon on Christmas Eve , Hasbrouck Heights Fire Chief 60, Chief 62, Squad 1, and Ladder 1 all responded to Berkshire Road for a reported fire in the rear of the home.
Command on scene confirmed the fire and transmitted a 10-30. Crews from Squad 1 quickly knocked the fire before it could spread to the house.
The Hasbrouck Heights department thanked their mutual aid that responded to the scene and covered the Borough. We would also like to thank our members for their quick response which resulted in saving the house on Christmas Eve.
