Ridgewood NJ, a resident was parked at the Ridgewood Train Station awaiting a family member to arrive from the city in the lot facing the Social Services office last night Thursday  September 5th 2019 .

A young man came off the train soon discovered his commuter Bicycle had been stolen despite a heavy chain and Lock .He continued to look in the bike racks and was completely frustrated to have his property lifted in broad daylight . Fairly Bold theft in the middle of the day during daylight hours.

It would seem that this would be a logical place for a  future security camera by NJT  . It would also afford safety to late commuters in that walk through area aside the Social Services office .

While we are not sure this qualifies as an epidemic we are wonder how often this happens at the Train Station Bicycle Area .

  1. And when apartments are built and occupied a few steps away, what then?

  2. I think there are already security cameras (no?)
maybe it was the homeless guy from the previous story
