Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, on November 28th the Hermitage will host it’s Christmas Tree Lighting! There is free admission for all who wish to come see the lighting of our spectacular Sugi-Pine, enjoy some hot cocoa, and spread some holiday cheer! Festivities begin at 4 PM. We hope to see you there!
The Hermitage is a National Historic Landmark and historic house museum celebrating over 250 years of local and national history.
The Hermitage Candlelight Tours in December. This December, come visit The Hermitage as we offer Candlelight Tours! These limited time tours provide you with a chance to see the museum in all its romantic splendor. Flautists fill the rooms with joyous holiday music as you take your tour that ends with a sneak peek at our little Christmas Village!.
Afterwards, come back to the John Rosencrantz House for cookies and a peek at our little Christmas Village.
Our gift shop will be open with one-of-a-kind treasures.
Groups limited to 10 people at a time.
