* WHAT…Winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph expected.
Wind direction southwest late this afternoon becoming west tonight
and then northwest late tonight into early Thursday morning.
* WHERE…Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
