Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, Please be reminded of our Curfew Ordinance:
A.No juvenile under the age of 18 years shall be on any public street or in any public place between the hours from 7:30 p.m. on October 30 until 6:00 a.m. on October 31 and from 8:00 p.m. on October 31 to 6:00 a.m. on November 1 unless accompanied by the juvenile’s parents or guardian or unless engaged in or traveling to or from a business or occupation which the laws of the State of New Jersey authorize a juvenile to perform.
B. No parent or guardian shall allow an unaccompanied juvenile to be on any public street or in any public place between the hours from 7:30 p.m. on October 30 until 6:00 a.m. on October 31 and from 8:00 p.m. on October 31 to 6:00 a.m. on November 1.

The Paramus Police remind everyone that there is a curfew of 10:00pm tonight (Mischief Night, Cabbage Night, Goosey Night) and tomorrow (Halloween). No person(s) under the age of 18 are permitted in public areas without being accompanied by an adult.
