Goody another lawsuit.
When I was in school my prof showed me stats where NJ is # 3 in the nation in lawsuits for tort claims, behind NY and Calif. The info is now dated but I’m sure it’s basis is applicable. Lawyers make the rules to suit lawyers.
Seems to me the problem may be the way these truckers drive, they like to think they own the local streets. Maybe a little more supervision may be in order.
#3 where you there to witness the accident? No chance it may have been just the van’s fault. It doesn’t matter. the baby seems fine. #3 you sound just like a lot of the people on the blog.Just blame someone
Obviously, this is Obama’s fault
#4 not blaming anyone, maybe you should watch as these garbage trucks run up and down our streets with little regard to traffic laws.
No, no its Bush’s fault.
Those stupid backup beeps may have sounded like a great idea at first but they make dreadful noise and have probably prevented zero accidents. A little safe driving would be ideal.
