Waldwick NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of KENNETH BROWN (DOB: 11/04/1980; single; janitor) of 128 Ward Street, Paterson, NJ on two counts of Sexual Assault. The arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Waldwick Police Department under the direction of Chief Mark Messner.
On July 31, 2020, the Waldwick Police Department received information that KENNETH BROWN had sexually assaulted a female while in Waldwick, NJ. The Waldwick Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, and their investigation revealed that BROWN had forcefully engaged in multiple acts of sexual penetration with the female.
As a result of the investigation, on August 1, 2020, KENNETH BROWN was arrested and charged with two counts of Sexual Assault, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2C(1), a 2nd degree crime. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, NJ pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and he would like to thank the Waldwick Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
Let’s see if the snowflake Ridgewood kids march for this scumbag. I can only wish that something like this happens to them or someone in their family. I bet they would change their minds real quick about standing up for animals.
