Teaneck NJ, tensions in Teaneck continue to mount when local store windows were defaced. The windows were lined with photos of Israelis taken hostage by the terrorist group Hamas. The windows were defaced with handbills claiming to be of dead Palestinians calling Israelis “murders”.
Local tensions have been running high since the armed conflict between Israel and Hamas-led Palestinian militant groups began in Gaza after the 7 October 2023 Hamas attacks on civilians leading to the butchering of Israeli women and children .
Hamas is currently using Palestinians as cannon fodder in their war against Israel .
The conflict has brought to the forefront leftist fueled antisemitism which appears to be rampant on collage campuses and in public education.

This is a crime:
Reward for video leading to perpetrators!
Between Saturday night and Sunday, someone defaced the windows of a restaurant on Cedar Lane.
While telephone poles and public spaces are common areas, windows of private stores are not.
If you have video of the individual(s) perpetrating this behavior, please forward to the Teaneck Police Department.
Mark J Schwartz and I are offering $1k for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in defacing our shops like this.

Jewish posters were “lining the windows” but Palestinian posters were “defacing the windows.”
I hate when stupidity makes me take the side of a Palestinian.
The initial posting created a public square. In a public square you sometimes get speech you don’t like. If you don’t want your store window to be a public square take down all of the posters.
rich it was private property , and was pro Hamas , not pro Palestinian calling all Jews murders
The Jewish posters were lined there having been placed there by the store owner. The Palestinian posters were placed there by someone else in protest, which is why the defaced term was correctly used. Now go back to CNN and MSNBC for your news consumption.
Here’s how the English language works, as you seem to be struggling with it. One set of posters are lined up. Someone then comes along and defaces them by putting up counter point posters. Had the Palestinian posters been up first and the Israeli posters gone up afterwards, then the Israeli posters would have been an act of defacement. If English is not your first language, then I simply offer this up as guidance.
I grew up in Teaneck. I am not Jewish, but I fully support the Jewish people and the Israeli people as they fight Hamas terrorism in Israel and militant antisemitism in the U.S. My father in law was a liberator of a slave labor camp in Germany in 1945. Antisemitism must be fought to the death.
I’d never live in that town
I will never understand nor, do I even want to understand why the hate against Jewish people for decades. It sickens me. I am not Jewish but, I as well support them. And may I say, Jesus was Jewish. Just saying.
Why the Hate against America by the Democrats?
Why the Hate against Whites by the Education System?
Etc….
Some things are hard to understand.
Those Wacky Liberal Democrats!
