  1. To date, the superintendent has not been suspended from his position. He has been allowed to attend work daily and to have full access to the district buildings and staff. Why? Has the school board thought about the message and impact this situation has on the district students and staff? Does it sound like the superintendent has information the school board doesn’t want to be made public (black male)? Is it the case the school board doesn’t want to buy the superintendent out of his contract and pay him about a million dollars? Is it the case the school board wants the superintendent to make deals for the “friends and family” district network? Is the message that it’s okay for NJ public school board members and administrators to engage in substandard, aggressive, violent, and or highly questionable actions with no consequences? Message received???
