Why Local Clean-Ups Matter

Litter isn’t just an eyesore; it impacts our local ecosystems and drainage systems. By spending just two hours picking up debris, you are:

  1. Protecting Local Wildlife: Removing plastics and waste that can harm animals.

  2. Improving Water Quality: Keeping litter out of our storm drains and local brooks.

  3. Building Community Pride: Maintaining the charm and cleanliness that makes Ho-Ho-Kus a premier place to live in Bergen County.
