Lodi NJ, a Jersey City man was killed early Sunday morning in a crash in Lodi.
The Lodi Police Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash around 4:14 a.m. in the area of 99 Route 17 north.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a newer-model Jeep with a single occupant, the driver, trapped inside. Despite their efforts, the driver, aged 31, was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the individual is being withheld at this time, pending notification of their next of kin.
