Mayor Paul Aronsohn will be holding office hours for Ridgewood residents on the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to Noon in the Council Chambers (Sydney V. Stoldt, Jr. Court Room) on the fourth floor of Ridgewood Village Hall. The next session will be Saturday, May 4, 2013.
For an appointment to meet with the Mayor, please call the Village Clerk’s Office at 201-670-5500 ext. 206. You may come to the Mayor’s office hours without an appointment, but those with appointments will be given priority.
He’ll be listening to every word you say, but he won’t hear a blasted thing. Don’t waste your time.
You only have his attention when he not checking his phone for messages.
Give Aronsohn a break. I have met with him several times and yes he is constantly receieving text messages……..mostly from colleagues at work and his direct boss who is the CEO of a large multi-national company. Like most exec’s these days Paul is expected to be “reachable” 24/7. He is an incredible multi-tasker and yes he does listen to what you have to say…..and he absorbs it.
Stop drinking the Aronsohn Kool Aid!
So let me get this straight – he receives streams of text messages related to his job on SATURDAYS?
Bla, bla, bla. What a Carpetbagger. Nice try #3.
o yea, then what is he going to do about the work fore of the village. some dept’s can’t even catch up. they never replaced any one in the d p w in years. I was told today that by the end of may the street dept lost 7 worker’s in the last 3 years. what the hell is going on. they just hired in the fire and police dept’s. how come the mayor and council are not replacing workers in that dept. some on is playing a game and it’s hurting the village. we as tax pay’er are not getting the service we pay for. they them up top seem not to care. what a shame in 2009 they had 15 now they have 6. not good.
Hey #8 you think he is going to hire more street dept. workers with his 0% tax increase. The only reason Aronsohn gave the ok for more police and fire is he needs their union support for his next run at elected office whatever that is.
#9 the mayor doesn’t have to hire cops or fire to get union support the anti christie lobby will see to that regardless of his hiring practice’s. Cops and fd are harder to replace than dpw workers because there is less of a private sector to do so. It would take years to build a volunter fd. And private sector cops have been tried in the corrections setting and it was a disaster.
Yes #5 Paul gets text messages on Saturdays. You are obviously not in the workforce or you would know that is the new normal for exec’s. The employers expect you to be “reachable 24/7.
What a load of crap. Get a life bozo.
P.J. it looks like Aronsohn’s apologists are at it again.
Yes he a PR exec’s for a Pharmaceutical Co. In other words he a BS artist.
I would how much Aronsohn pays Whitehorse Strategist to monitor the blogs for any bad PR .
who give’s a shit. this gang is running the village right down the gutter. the service’s are going to shit . and he think’s that a o tax rate they will look like a hero.
well they will be the fool’s in the end.
