Ridgewood NJ, Menya Ramen House, a new ramen restaurant, is coming soon to Ridgewood. With a location open two years ago in Metuchen, this will be their first restaurant in Bergen County.
According to their website , “Our ‘venture’ started out after consuming ridiculous amounts of ramen which led us to think what it would take to make our own quality ramen. But it was witnessing a flurry of commuters walking out of the train and absorbing Metuchen’s downtown vibe in a breezy fall day that sealed the deal. ”
“By trade, we’re a collection of corporate hacks/has-been’s who decided it was a good idea to pursue this passion as a second or third job. Our respective families might miss us a bit more (or not at all) and we may be a bit overextended, but this pursuit has certainly been worthwhile. We pride ourselves in not taking any shortcuts and hope it translates to a unique, positive tasting experience.”
