Most Americans Say Homelessness: Bad and Getting Worse

Ridgewood NJ, most Americans consider homelessness a very serious problem now, and nearly two-thirds say it’s gotten worse in the past two years.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 87% of American Adults believe homelessness is a serious problem in America, including 61% who say the problem is Very Serious. Only nine percent (9%) don’t think homelessness is a serious problem. These findings are nearly unchanged since May.  (To see survey question wording, click here.)
