The kids who tortured the cat will not beheld responsible. The kids are obviously very disturbed. Two are siblings.
In The Record there is an article about the NAACP And animal rescue leader meeting. How is this an NAACP issue? Depravity is color blind.
At the end of the article the NAACP man warns the animal activist to “choose her words carefully and be mindful of race during her activism.”

Children who kill animals are very disturbed. Future serial killers.
The kids should get treatment and monitoring (the behavior can escalate). The parents should go to jail. Two of the kids have the same parents. What is wrong in that family?
